I always get so many questions on instagram when I share podcasts I have been listening to. I think they key is really finding an episode that delves into topics you are interested in rather than the actual show itself. So for that reason I have popped some of my favourite episodes below. I love opening my notes in my phone and taking down notes as I listen. Betting on Yourself- Goop Podcast

One of many amazing episodes on this podcast, this one is less research based and more of a heartfelt chat between Gwyneth and Kate Hudson about finding and understanding yourself.

Understanding and Honouring Your Hormone Health- Be Well with Kelly

This is a great one for young women to learn more about their cycle and the most common hormone imbalances, how to identify them and how too fix them.

9 Small Habits that lead to Massive Success- Melissa Ambrosini Show

This quick 15 minute episode is an awesome podcast to listen to to get your life on track and start setting new goals and making changes to better yourself.

Ella has one of the most soothing and calming voices ever, I love listening to her podcasts. This is a great and important episode for everyone to listen to , especially with the impact of social media and how it impacts our body image.
