I have always had a passion for health and wellness, growing up in an active family by the beach ! From about the age of 15 , I started doing pilates on youtube and completely fell in love with it ! Fast forward almost 10 years and I cannot believe I am now sharing that practise by teaching other people as well.

As a passionate foodie , I have always found cooking and baking a therapeutic activity for me. I love cooking and enjoying my food and also making it for my friends and family. Almost at the end of my nutrition degree, my goal is always to show people how healthy eating is enjoyable and can be done with little effort. Food is fuel and I believe it is so empowering to know how to alter your nutrition to transform your mind and body.
