My Favourite FREE Workouts
I get that it can be overwhelming with so many workout options available, especially since hitting covid and having to workout from home. The tough decision to subscribe to one thing and let others go is always hard, especially when you want variety! I have linked some of my favourite free home workouts below.
Two of my absolute favourite fitness queens !! This spicy abs and booty sequence requires a ball if you have one. I have saved this and do it all the time. Any of Megan’s free IGTV workouts are amazing, I have her app and use it all the time.
I came across this sweet soul during lockdown, she brings a warm and mindful pilates practise to your mat.
This spicy ab sequence allows you to structure this workout however you want. 1 round? 10 rounds? You call it !
This pilates YouTube channel was what first got me into pilates ! Don’t be afraid of her old videos, those song challenges are the best! ( think guilty Taylor Swift, 1D etc). If you are looking for a HIIT challenge, try the bikini blaster 1.
I love this HIIT challenge, because not only do I find Laura Henshaw the sweetest person ever , but this only takes 20 minutes and leaves you drenched!

VS Model Kelly Gale has been uploading workouts from home during quarantine. This one is perfect for travel with no equipment for full body burn.
