white choc macadamia brownies
Ingredients
Brownies
1 cup tinned chickpeas
1/3 cup almond meal
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped macadamias
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg (sub for flax egg for vegan )
1 tsp vanilla
1 heaped tsp baking powder
salt (sprinkle)
White Choc Sauce
1/4 cup cacao butter
1 tbsp macadamias
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp hot water
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
In a bowl combine brownie ingredients and mix or blend if you have a blender
Place into a baking tin and bake for 20-25 mins
Combine sauce ingredients together and blend till smooth ( the macadamias should become like a nut butter and mix with other ings)
Drizzle over brownies and eat! (best served warm)
