V Day vegan brownies

These are one of the easiest and most widely enjoyed healthy desserts ever! They make for great treats  ( even brekkie treats) and are made using only raw, natural whole foods. You can make with your favourite nuts of choice and add in any additions e.g. goji berries, cacao nibs or fave superfoods of choice. Get creative with decorations and different shapes for some fun too!



 

V Day vegan brownies

Ingredients

15 dates

3/4 cacao

1/2 cup buckinis

2 tbs coconut oil

1 cup pecans

1 cup almonds

pinch Vanilla

generous pinch rock salt

Topping( these are what I used but you can use anything or just do the chocolate drizzle! Cacao nibs would be nice too)

1/2 cup dark chocolate melted

1/2 cup edible rose petals

1/2 cup chocolate buckinis

Method

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients except buckinis

  2. Once combined stir or blend on low speed the buckinis ( you want them to mix in whole to stay crunchy, don’t want the blender to grind them up)

  3. Place in a baking tin lined with baking paper and set in the freezer for 1 hour +

  4. Once set, cut up into pieces ( I used some love heart moulds and also just cut some into squares)

  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate, edible rose petals and chocolate buckinis ( from loving earth, also sold in most bulk health food stores e.g. naked foods or scoop whole foods). You can also get creative and use whatever you like to top
