turmeric prawn curry
Ingredients
500 g prawns
1 large onion
½ cup tinned tomatoes
80ml coconut cream
½ cup unsweetened almond milk ( or extra coconut cream)
¾ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh chilli
6 curry leaves
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garam masala
Method
In a Cook chopped onion and prawns in a large pot with a dash of olive oil
Add in coconut milk, tomato, spices and curry leaves
Stir until well combined
Serve with your choice of steamed rice or cauliflower rice and top with freshly chopped coriander and dukkah
