raspberry lamington protein bars
Ingredients
1 serve chocolate protein
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp almond meal
1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup cacao nibs
dark choc to melt
Method
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl except cacao nibs
Heat up wet ingredients together in the microwave and stir through. If it is too dry , add a bit more nut butter
Once mixed, stir in cacao nibs
Place into a lined baking tin and allow to set for 2 hours
Drizzle with melted choc and store in freezer
