pumpkin spice brownies
Ingredients
1 cup preboiled and cooled pumpkin
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup roasted pecan nuts
2 tbsp pumpkin spice or vanilla protein (optional: add extra almond meal if not)
1 tbsp nut butter ( I used roasted almond)
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
chocolate or almond butter to drizzle
Method
Mix all ingredients besides pecans in a blender until well combined
Stir through pecans
Line a baking tin with baking paper and spread the mix evenly
Set in freezer for 2 hours
Drizzle with nut butter or dark choc and enjoy!
Store in freezer or fridge if you like them a bit softer
