paleo giant salted caramel cookie
Ingredients
1 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp buckwheat
1 heaped tsp cashew butter
1 heaped tsp tahini
1 tbsp almond milk
1/2-1 tbsp sweetener of choice ( maple is great for flavour)
1/4 cup chocolate of choice ( I love lindt 90% or pumpy jackson)
1 tsp baking powder
pinch rock salt
1 tsp vanilla
Method
Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Stir with a spoon or can just use your hands to mould together . If it is too dry add some more almond milk or if too wet just add some more flour
Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with extra rock salt for ultimate flavour
