macadamia protein fudge

 

My go to snack of the moment ! I bought this beautiful roasted crunchy macadamia butter from the farmers markets when I was on holiday. You can make this with your favourite nut butter to give it a unique flavour as well !

 

Macadamia Protein Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein ( I use tropeaka DC: SCOOPITUP15)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp macadamia butter ( or nut butter of choice)

  • big pinch of salt

  • toppings of choice eg cacao nibs

Method 

  1. Combine all ingredients together and stir well so there are no clumps of protein

  2. Lay onto a lined baking tray and sprinkle with cacao nibs or toppings of choice

  3. Place in the freezer for 2 + hours and then break up into desired pieces . Store in freezer
