One of my favourite and easiest delicious treats to satisfy any craving with minimal sugar , full of healthy fats and protein for something satiating.

 

keto caramel fudge

Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut oil

1-2 scoop vanilla protein

1 big tbsp almond or nut butter

1 scoop collagen

pinch rock salt

1 tsp vanilla or maca powder

Method

  1. Melt coconut oil

  2. Mix through remaining ingredients

  3. Spread evenly onto a tray

  4. Top with some crunch eg cacao nibs, coconut flakes

  5. Place in freezer to set and store there
