Ingredients
1/2 bunch kale
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt / pepper/ smoked paprika/ chilli etc ( pick your fave flavours !)
nutritional yeast ( optional)
crushed cashews / sesame seeds (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Lay your kale leaves on a baking tray and toss with all your spices and olive oil. Coat well with your hands
Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy and enjoy fresh out the oven
Note- I suggest making in small batches as they are better fresh and don’t last well
