high fibre porridge
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp coconut butter (optional but SO yummy and creamy if you have)
1/2 water
1/2 milk of choice ( I like hemp/coconut/almond)
pinch sea salt
1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice
1 tsp turmeric / cacao/ chilli spice of choice
Toppings of choice eg apple, nut butter, granola, coconut, cacao nibs
Method
In a medium sauce pan place all ingredients into pot and continue to stir every 30 seconds
Keep it on a low to medium heat. Once the liquid has been absorbed and everything is well combined scoop out into a bowl
Place your favourite toppings of choice and enjoy each warm , yummy mouthful
