cacao is one of the most amazing uplifters without the jittery hit ( goodbye coffee). Cacao is also a powerful anti oxidant. I love mixing this with adaptogens and a creamy nut milk for a warming and healing tonic.

Ingredients

1 cup homemade nut milk ( almond or coconut )

1 tbsp raw cacao

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp mushroom adaptogen ( cordyceps, reishi, lions mane)

*I love adding some raw dark choc and melting it in, adds such a nice richness and cacao flavour .

If you need to add sweetener feel free

Method

  1. Place all dry ingredients in your mug

  2. Boil the kettle and add a little boiling water and stir together till well combined

  3. Froth/ heat your milk and fill your cup, drinking mindfully
