green mango smoothie bowl
Ingredients
1 cup fresh mango frozen
1 cup ice
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp hemp seeds
1/2 tsp spirulina
3-4 tbsp kefir ( add as you blend to keep it thick)
toppings of choice
Method
Blend all ingredients together, adding the kefir slowly to avoid the smoothie becoming runny
Top with your fave crunchy ingredients ! I used cacao nibs, roasted cashews, blueberries, hemp seeds and buckinis
