green lentil burgers
Ingredients
1/2 can lentils
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp turmeric
1 garlic clove
1/4 red onion chopped
1-2 leaves of kale( from the whole stalk)
2 tbsp buckwheat flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
(1 β 2 tbsp coconut oil to fry)
Method
Place the kale and all the spices in the blender and blend until the kale is finely chopped
Add all other ingredients and blend well until all combined
Heat a pan with about 1 tbsp coconut oil and fry for a few mins each side until lightly crispy
Pair with veggies or enjoy alone as a snack!
