Gluten Free Pancakes
Ingredients ( serves 1 )
2 eggs
1 banana
1 tbsp protein ( I use vanilla hemple ( use SARAHC10 for discount) or tropeaka)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp coconut oil
Sauce
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp nut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
+ toppings of choice e.g. raspberries, cacao nibs, granola, nuts, seeds, coconut
Method
Heat a small pan with coconut oil on medium and allow to heat
In a bowl combine all pancake ingredients and whisk or blend
Heat in pan for about 2 minutes each side or until cooked
Place sauce in a small bowl and mix well with a spoon ( if its too thick add a drop of warm water)
Drizzle over your pancakes and add your yummy toppings of choice
