So if you follow me on instagram you know I have a slight ( huge) obsession with tahini! I made these cute tahini fudge hearts for valentines day but you can use this mix into a normal brownie tin and slice it like fudge as well! It is super easy with minimal ingredients. A real winner !

freezer tahini fudge

Ingredients

1 cup tahini

3/4 cup almond meal ( or coconut flour for nut free)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

good sprinkle salt

choc chips or cacao nibs ( measure with your heart)

1-2 tbsp almond or coconut milk

Method

  1. Combine everything together besides the choc chips and milk

  2. Depending on the consistency , add the milk and stir if it seems a bit dry

  3. Stir through the choc chips

  4. Press into a lined tin and set in freezer. Remove after a few hours and slice ( store in freezer as well)
