Ingredients
1/2 cup choc chips + extra for on top
2 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp coconut syrup
1/ 2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp rock salt
pinch vanilla
1 egg
dash almond milk
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a oven proof pan or round tin with baking paper
Combine all ingredients into a bowl or blender. You want the consistency to be like a cookie dough
Flatten out into pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden on top ( or less for more fudgy centre)
Sprinkle choc chips on top straight away while warm so they slightly melt ( yep I know .. yum)
