choc, rosemary & chilli cookies
Ingredients
1.5 cups almond meal
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey ( or vegan sweetener)
1/2 block dark choc chopped
1 handful fresh rosemary
1/2 red chilli chopped
Method
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Roll into desired size balls and bake for 12-15 minutes ( monitor so they donβt go too brown, you want them nice and soft!)
