choc peanut butter protein slice
Ingredients
1 scoop protein ( or 1/2 cup almond flour)
3 tbsp peanut butter salted
1/3 cup almond meal
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
Almond milk ( dash, add slowly incase it is too dry )
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup choc chips
+ choc chips and PB to top
Optional: stir in some frozen raspberries !
Method
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir well
Press firmly into a lined baking tin and set in freezer
If you want to top β melt some extra choc chips in a bowl and drizzle over the top with extra PB & choc chips
Place back in freezer to set and store and enjoy!
