Ingredients
50g protein powder ( I used a coffee flavour but could use vanilla )
1-2 tbsp almond coffee butter ( or use regular almond butter*)
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Pinch Salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cacao nibs
+ almond milk if needed to stir
*if you arenβt using coffee infused products, mix some instant coffee in a bit of hot water and add to mix
Topping
1/2 cup melted Coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
Method
Mix all dough ingredients together except for the milk and cacao nibs. If it is too try then stir through a bit of milk to make it more doughy
Mix through cacao nibs
Line a tin and press mixture in evenly and place in freezer
Meanwhile, melt your coconut oil
Stir through the cacao powder
Once mixed, pour over slice mixture and place back in freezer to set ( feel free to top with more cacao nibs or coconut for a finishing touch!)
Wait 3+ hours to slice and store in freezer
