Cauliflower Porridge
Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower rice
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup water
pinch cinnamon
pinch vanilla
Toppings eg berries, tahini, cacao nibs, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, granola
Method
In a pot, place vanilla, cinnamon, cauliflower rice and liquid. Stir until all the liquid is absorbed ( about 5 -8 minutes)
Place into a bowl and top with all your fave goodies and enjoy
