apple, walnut & cinnamon muffins
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp all spice
1 apple chopped in small pieces
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
2 eggs
( almond milk if needed to mix)
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Mix all together in a bowl
Place into lined muffins tins
Bake for 25 minutes .. enjoy!
